Defining digital-assets-as-a-service
Before the redesign, the website did not reflect the modern and innovative brand image that Zero Hash wanted to project. Our challenge of Zero Hash's website design was to produce a better user experience by creating a clear hierarchy of information, while delivering content in a clean and modern design. During the cross-functional team design process, we conducted competitor analysis, created a clear information architecture, and produced wireframes. This ensured that we were solving the challenge of producing a clear, intuitive experience for the users. Once wireframes were completed our team continued to the next phase of designing the user interface.
Design Process
Throughout the site, our goal was to create a captivating product-focused narrative that leveraged UI elements and interactive graphics. To achieve a clean and modern design, we used ample white space contrasted with vivid colors, animations, and illustrations in order to create a futuristic feel that aligns with the brand's vision. In addition, we also utilized iconography to support the information on the site by grouping content into cards and interactive sections where information was highly digestible to comprehend for users. Our design strategy integrated modern, futuristic graphics and textual elements which showcases a harmoniously balanced user interface with vibrant color accents. In addition, we demonstrated the key advantages, flexibility, and scalability of Zero Hash's services in a compelling way through micro-animations for a unique form of storytelling.
Following the finalization of desktop designs, we began the responsive design phase for mobile, tablet, and widescreen formats. This ensured a seamless and consistent browsing experience across a range of devices.
Dev Preparation
Once visual and responsive design was completed, our team finalized the style guide and component library. Zero Hash's library and style guide included components along with typography styles, colors, and gradient transitions.
Conclusion and Impact
Zero Hash's new site transformed into an optimized web experience that differentiates itself from competitors through visual storytelling and compelling product narratives. By utilizing micro animations and UI product illustrations, we created a site that enticed users to keep scrolling and exploring. Overall, Zero Hash's website is now aligned with their vision and goal of defining the new FinTech vertical of digital-assets-as-a-service.
